What the service is

An analysis of public data: receivership and execution sale notices, banks’ own property pages, Israel Land Authority tenders, public listing sites and recorded transactions.

It is not a property valuation (shuma). Valuing property for a fee is reserved in Israel to licensed appraisers (Real Estate Appraisers Law). When a figure compares a price to other prices, it is a survey of public market prices, and says so.

It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not real estate brokerage. Check every fact with the source we link, and with your lawyer and a licensed appraiser before any offer.
