What we store

Your email and password (stored hashed), the state of your subscription as reported by Lemon Squeezy, and, if you join the private Telegram channel, your Telegram user id.

If you join the waiting list, your email only.

If you subscribe to the letter: your email, your language, and the dates you confirmed or left. Emails are sent through Resend. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and leaving stops all sending at once.

If you set filters in your member area: the cities, property types and budget you chose.

What we do not do

We never sell or share your data. Card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and never reach us. No advertising tracker runs on this site.

Deletion

Ask through the channel in the legal notice and we delete your account and data within 7 days.
